What happens after the trial?

Choose a plan from Account → Subscription and pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. If you don't, your data stays safe and readable; you just can't add new entries.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade from Account → Subscription.
